Lets make a list..


and one way I like to stay organised is by making lists.Now I have my normal lists, of errands, things I need to buy, things I need to do. Which I think is pretty normal and helps me not to forget anything.

but recently, I’ve started making a list of 5 weekly achievements.

Something challenging yet achievable and  measurable. It has to be measurable otherwise it’s difficult to tick off the list.


  1. Gym 2-3 times a week.
  2. Write 2 blog posts a week.
  3. Bedtime by 11:30pm.
  4.  Schedule five posts a week.
  5.  Catch up with an old friend.

Honestly, it works so well.

Review the list on Sunday evening and create new goals by Monday morning this will keep you in a routine.

When I slacked off one week, I found myself doing absolutely nothing and I mean nothing. Home from work, dinner and bed but now I’m on it and I’m achieving my goals.
