As we expand, we are looking for multiple skilled Massage, Facial & Reflexology Therapists to join our team on a self-employed basis, working within a professional and beautifully designed space. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available.

The Role

​

We are seeking talented and passionate therapists who excel in providing high-quality treatments, including massage, facials, and reflexology. You will have the opportunity to work with a strong client base in a fully-equipped treatment room, with all operational aspects managed for you—so you can focus on delivering exceptional service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Perform a range of treatments, including massage, facials, and reflexology.

• Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming treatment environment.

• Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and expert recommendations.

• Work structured shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Short shifts to ensure therapist longevity and a balanced schedule.

 

Shift Patterns & Availability:

​

We are looking for both full-time and part-time therapists, with working hours of up to 35 hours per week.

​

• Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM

• Weekends (Sat-Sun)

• Option 1: Split Shift

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM

• Option 2: Full-Day Shift

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Full-time therapists must be available for evening shifts and weekends.
Rotas are released on a two-month basis, allowing for structured and balanced scheduling.

 

Earning Potential:

• Commission-Based Pay: 30% commission per treatment.

• Opportunity to earn up to £27 per hour.

• Tips and retail commission available for additional earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.

• Experience in facials, deep tissue massage, and reflexology is preferred.

• Passion for wellness and holistic bodywork.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.

• Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Valid insurance and the right to work on a self-employed basis.

• Initial Consultation: A short phone call to discuss your experience, availability, and alignment with our ethos.

• In-Studio Interview & Trade Test: A welcoming in-person meeting at our studio, followed by a 15-minute massage demonstration. This is your chance to showcase your skills in a relaxed and supportive setting, where we can experience your technique, client care, and unique approach to bodywork.
